Catanduanes State University (CatSU) officially launched the Ease of Doing Business (EODB) Month on Monday morning, May 4, 2026, reaffirming its commitment to efficient and citizen-centered public service.

University President Gemma G. Acedo, together with the three vice presidents, led the opening ceremony and called on all CatSU employees to embody and uphold the core values of public service. She emphasized the importance of delivering efficient, seamless, and client-focused services and transactions across all university offices.

The program, held after the flag ceremony at the Administrative Building lobby, also featured the recognition of offices, units, centers, and colleges—including the Panganiban Campus—for achieving outstanding client satisfaction ratings.

As part of the initiative, the University launched its online Feedback Portal, now accessible through its official website at https://catsu.edu.ph/. The platform allows students and stakeholders to anonymously share their comments, suggestions, and concerns, further strengthening transparency and accountability within the institution.

Observed nationwide every May under Proclamation No. 818, Ease of Doing Business Month is spearheaded by the Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA). The campaign aims to promote streamlined processes and more responsive, citizen-centered government services across agencies.
