Catanduanes State University (CatSU) continues to strengthen its global partnerships as President Dr. Gemma G. Acedo signed the renewal of its Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs) with Kansas State University’s Carl and Melinda Helwig Department of Biological and Agricultural Engineering.
The renewed partnership reflects a shared commitment to deepen knowledge exchange and advance the use of technology in agriculture.
The signing took place on Thursday, March 19 in Naga City, where Dr. Acedo joined fellow leaders of State Universities and Colleges (SUCs) from across the country. CatSU’s participation highlights its ongoing efforts to create more opportunities for faculty and students, particularly in the areas of education, engineering, and agriculture.
Kansas State University, based in Manhattan, Kansas, is a comprehensive research and land-grant institution in the United States, offering more than 250 undergraduate programs and over 165 graduate programs.
