John Lex D. Bilan bagged 3rd Place, while Mayette M. Candiluna and Christian Lee D. Gianan secured 4th and 5th places, respectively, outperforming other delegates from across the Bicol region.

The quiz bee gathered contenders from six state universities and colleges: Bicol University, Catanduanes State University, Central Bicol State University of Agriculture, Partido State University, Camarines Norte State College, and Sorsogon State University.

A participant from Sorsogon State University topped the regional tilt and will advance to the National Kabataang Organic Agriculture Quiz Bee. The 2nd and 3rd placers — from Partido State University and Catanduanes State University — will serve as alternates for the national round.

The CatSU team trained under Coach Felizardo Jr. G. Arador, whose mentorship was lauded by the College of Agriculture and Fisheries Student Council for guiding the students to victory.
