The city leader of Mandaluyong and party are here as guests of LGU - San Andres in consonance with the sisterhood inked by the two municipalities. His visit will likewise be highlighted by his guestings for the groundbreaking ceremony and awarding of Outstanding Calolbonganons today.

Dr. Maria Edna R. Inigo, Vice President for Administrative and Financial Affairs, and also an adopted daughter of San Andres led the CatSU team in welcoming the guests. Dr. Inigo are joined by Prof. Zyra Mae S. Tumala, Director of CIRCPDS and Prof. Francis John B. Templonuevo, Director of Corporate Communications Services.

Mayor Leo S. Mendoza of San Andres is also joined by DILG Provincial Director Uldarico Razal, Jr., Mayor Paolo Teves of Baras, and the top leaders of PNP Catanduanes in welcoming the visitors.
