For the first time since the university’s inception, Catanduanes State University is poised to extend its on-campus boarding facility for male students with the establishment of the new 𝑴𝒆𝒏’𝒔 𝑫𝒐𝒓𝒎𝒊𝒕𝒐𝒓𝒚, marking a monumental endeavor in CatSU’s history of elevating students’ campus experience
With a total of 62 rooms, the newly established Men’s Dormitory offers a sleek and modern facility designed to accommodate more than 200 students, with separate lodgings for visitors, and an office for the dorm manager. Each room can cater to four students, offering comfort and efficiency with its ergonomic bunkbeds and readily available foam mattresses.
The two-story building also boasts a spacious kitchen and common study area to provide students with a conducive learning environment as they build a sense of community and camaraderie among themselves. A free WiFi connection for its residents is also provided to assist students in their academic journey while ensuring that they are connected with their families without incurring additional costs.
The building is also equipped with CCTV cameras and security guards on duty to provide its residents with an added layer of security as they experience all that campus life has to offer.
With an affordable monthly rental of P1,200 per student, the Men’s Dormitory aims to open its doors for occupancy before the year ends.
