CatSU, BU, NU join forces for AI-NLP advancement

(CatSU) President Dr. Patrick Alain T. Azanza inked an MOU on September 12 to
form a partnership with Bicol University and National University, solidifying
their commitment to the "eParticipation 2.1: Harnessing Natural Language
Processing (NLP) for Community Participation" project, which has secured
funding and approval from CHED.
This partnership, scheduled to
last until September 2024, represents a major milestone for the universities as
they unite to leverage the capabilities of Artificial Intelligence-Natural
Language Processing (AI-NLP) technologies.
One of the cornerstones of this
partnership is the inclusion of CatSU in the AI-NLP training and
capacity-building initiative, aimed at enhancing the capabilities of higher
education institutions in the Philippines.

excitement for the collaboration, highlighting its potential to transform
