CatSU faculty members join training for trainers by ASEAN Data Science Explorers
FacultyFaculty members
from various colleges at Catanduanes State University (CatSU) participated in a
Training for Trainers (TOT) program organized by the ASEAN Data Science
Explorers (ADSE).
This initiative, a
collaboration between the ASEAN Foundation and SAP, aims to equip educators
across the region with the skills and knowledge needed to teach data science
and analytics to students.
The event was
initiated by ASEAN Data Science Explorers Youth Ambassador, Mr. Mhar Ariz T.
Marino, and the Director of the Center for International Relations and
Continuing Professional Development Services (CIRCPDS), Zyra Mae T. Tumala.
A total of 33 CatSU
faculty members took part in the program.
Upon completing the
session, participants are expected to hold echo sessions with their colleagues
and students to share the knowledge and skills they have gained. #CVecilles
